Cup Filling Machine 

Ayran cup filling machine is used for filling Turkey’s national drink ayran to 75mm and 90mm

diameter plastic glasses. Plastic ayran filling machine which is generally operating with rotary

table system can also be designed to operate in linear system in case the production capacity

is high. It is possible to integrate sequencer robots to the machines designed for linear

systems for placing the products in crates.

Demand Evaluation

are prepared by technical draftsman by taking the mentioned points into consideration. Starting

from this drawing; meetings are made by technical team to achieve the final design before starting

the production phase.

Production Phase

teams. Products and half-products whose procurement phase has been completed are produced in a

fastest way in accordance with the production line status and goes through several testings before

Operating Principle

Plastic ayran cups which are placed on the dual or four rotary table by cup dropping system are

subjected to filling by nozzles with defined quantities in accordance with the quantity of the cups.

After the completion of ayran filling process, foil caps which have been placed by pnomatic vacum

systems are sticked to the cups by specially designed resistance heads. The cups that the production

date is written on in the next stage are then forwarded to output conveyor to finalise the process.
