Bottle Rinsing Machine Operating Principle

Bottles or jars to be disinfected are located on a linear conveyor in the entrance of the

rinsing machine manually or by means of robot sequencers. System which has been

designed for the amount of bottles to be cleaned catches the bottles by means of an

arm and taken close to nozzles where cleaning process will be carried out. Glass bottles

are sterilized with spraying (air, water, chemical) by the disinfection nozzles.

Cups that have been processed by the bottle rinsing machine are forwarded to filling

line for filling, capping and labelling.
